(a) Toxic Chemicals :
Chemicals having the following values of acute toxicity and which, owing to their physical and chemical properties, arc capable of producing major accident hazards.

(iii) flammable liquids : chemicals which have a flash point lower than 65 °C and which remain liquids under pressure, where particular processing conditions, such as high pressure and high temperature, may create major accident hazards.
(c) Explosives :
Chemicals which may explode under the elicit of flame, heat or photo-chemical conditions or which are more sensitive to shocks or friction than dinitrobenzene.

(a) The quantities set-out-below relate to t ach installation or group of installations belonging to the same occupier where the distance between the in illations is not sufficient to avoid, in forsceable circumstances, any aggravation of major-accident hazr. as. These quantities apply in any case to each group of installatios belonging to the same occupier whoa; the distance between the installatibns is less than 503 metres.

(b) Fo» the purpose of determining the threshold quantity of a hazardous chemical in an industrial installation , account shall also be taken of any hazardous chemicals which is :—
