Section 50

The Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim Act, 2021State Act of Sikkim · Act 12 of 2021

(1) lf any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification or order, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as deemed necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty:

Provided that no notification or order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiry of a period of 3 (three) years from the commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
