Section 14: Manner of making application for registration and establishments

The Meghalaya Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Act, 2019 (Act No. 23 of 2019)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 23 of 2019

1( 1) The application referred to in sub-section (1) of Section 13 shall be made in such form as may be prescribed to the Registering Officer of the areas appointed under Section 12 in which the building or other construction work is to be carried on by the establishment.

(2) Every application referred to under sub-section (1) shall be accompanied by a Treasury Challan showing payment of the fees for the registration of the establishment.
