Section 35: Expenditure from the Fund

(1) All expenses for the administration of the fund, fees and allowances of the Members of the Board, Salaries, Leave. Salaries, Joining time pay, Travelling allowance, Compensatory Allowances, Charger allowance, Pension contribution and other benefits or personnel expenses, for the legitimate needs of the Board and the stationery expenses shall be met from the Administrative Account of the Fund and it shall not exceed five per cent. of its total expenses during that financial year.

(2) The amounts incurred by the State Government for the administration of the Fund shall be treated as a loan which shall be repaid from the Administration Account
