Section 9: Secretary to the Board

The Meghalaya Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Act, 2019 (Act No. 23 of 2019)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 23 of 2019

(1) The Secretary of the Board shall be its Chief Executive Officer.

(2) The Secretary shall, with the approval of the Chairperson issue notice to convene meeting of the Board and keep the record or minutes and shall take necessary steps for carrying out the decisions of the Board.
