Section 24: The Finance Committee

Captain Williamson Sangma Technical University Act, 2011 (Act No. 17 of 2011)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 17 of 2011

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of:-

(a) the Vice-Chancellor as Chairman;

(b) the Registrar as Secretary;

(d) one person, nominated by the Sponsor.

(2) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Rules & Statutes; coordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.
