Section 4: Enrolment,etc.

The Meghalaya Civil Task Force Act, Act No.1 of 1974State Act of Meghalaya · Act 1 of 1974

(1) Any adult person may offer himself for enrolment as member of the Force and may if he satisfies the prescribed conditions, be enrolled in the prescribed manner by the prescribed authority for such period and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.

(2) There shall be paid to each member of the Force such monthly salary, remuneration or honorarium as may be prescribed.
