Section 51: Removal of dificulties

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification or order , make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appeared to it to be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty; Provided that no notification or order under Sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration of a period of three years from the commencement of this Act. (2) Every order made under Sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
