Section 1: Short title commencement and duration.

The Meghalaya Commercial Crops Development Board Act No.6, 1997State Act of Meghalaya · Act 6 of 1997

1.This Act may be called the Meghalaya Commercial Crops Development Board Act, 1996.

2. It extends to the whole of the State of Meghalaya.

3. It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the official Gazette appoint.
