Section 8: Effective delivery and Institutional mechanism

The Meghalaya Community Participation and Public Services Social Audit Act, 2017 (Act No. 7 of 2017)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 7 of 2017

In order to ensure effective delivery mechanism and institutional arrangements the State Government shall;

a) notify Programme Implementation Department as Nodal Department responsible for the implementation of this Act;

b) Meghalaya Society for Social Audit and Transparency (MSSAT) shall provide secretarial assistance for the State Social Audit Council.
