Any amount of fees and fines etc, collected under these rules shall be deposited in the Government account under the head “0030- Stamps & Registration fees - 03-Registration fees - 800 - other Receipt”. The Registrar of Marriage will submit monthly return of fines collected in form ‘F’ to the Registrar General.
