Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Meghalaya Higher Education Council Act, 2018 (Act No. 3 of 2018)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 3 of 2018

(1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya State Higher Education Council Act, 2018.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Meghalaya.

(3) It shall come into force on the date of its Publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Meghalaya.
