Section 6: Powers of Chairperson

The Meghalaya Infrastructure Development Finance Board Act, 2011 (Act No. 11 of 2011)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 11 of 2011

The Chairperson, shall have the powers of general superintendence :and directions in the conduct of the affairs of the Board and shall, preside over the meetings of the Board:

Provided that the Chairperson may delegate such of his powers relating to administrative matters of the Board, as he may think fit, to any other Member or officer' of the Board.
