Section 41: Citation of enactments.

The Meghalaya Interpretation and General Clauses Act , 1970 Act No.7 of 1970State Act of Meghalaya · Act 7 of 1970

. (1) any enactment may be cited by reference to the short title conferred thereon or by reference to the number and year thereof.

(2) Any provision in an enactment may be cited by reference to the section of the enactment in which the provision is contained.
