Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Meghalaya Khadi and Village Industries Board Act,1980 (Act No.27 of 1980)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 27 of 1980

(1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1980.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Meghalaya.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
