The Form and time of preparing in each financial year, the budget for the next financial year, showing the estimated receipt and expenditure of the Meghalaya Lokayukta, shall be prepared and submitted by the Meghalaya Lokayukta in the like manner prescribed and followed by the Finance Department of the State Government, to the Political Department.
