Section 50: Removal of Difficulties.

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification or order, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appeared to, make such provisions of this Act, as appeared to it to be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty:

Provided that no notification or order under subsection (1) shall be make after the expiration of a period of three years from the Commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order make under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
