Section 32: Conditions of service of employee

Martin Luther Christian University Act, 2005(Act No. 11 of 2005)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 11 of 2005

(1) Every employee shall be appointed under a written contract, which shall be kept in the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned;

(2) Discipline action against the students/employees shall be governed by procedure prescribed in the Statutes.
