Section 9: Parliamentary Secretary not to practice profession etc.

The Meghalaya Parliamentary Secretaries (Appointment, Salaries,Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2005 (Act No. 9 of 2005)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 9 of 2005

A Parliamentary Secretary shall not, during his office as such Parliamentary Secretary, practice any profession or engage in any trade or commerce or undertake for remuneration any employment other than his duties as such Parliamentary Secretary.
