Section 100: Regulation of the use of music and other sound systems in public places.

The District Superintendent or any officer not below the ranks of Assistant / Deputy Superintendent of Police may regulate the time and the volume at which music and other sound systems are used in connection with any performances and other activities in or near streets or any public place that cause annoyance to the residents of the neighbourhood.
