Section 122: Revocation of licenses

The Meghalaya Police Act, 2010 (Act No. 7 of 2011)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 7 of 2011

Any license or written permission granted under this Act may at any time be suspended or revoked by the competent authority, if any of its conditions or restriction are infringed or evaded by the person to whom it has been granted, or if such person is convicted of any offence in any matter to which such licence or permission relates.
