Section 16: Power of State Government to amend Forms.

The Meghalaya Residents Safety and Security Act, 2016,(Act No. 6 of 2016)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 6 of 2016

If the Government is of the opinion that it is expedient the interest of general public so to do, it may, by notification the Official Gazette, add to, or omit from or otherwise amend the Forms and thereupon the Forms shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
