Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Meghalaya Residents Safety and Security Rules, 2017State Rules of Meghalaya · 2016

(1) These Rules may be called the Meghalaya Residents Safety and Security Rules, 2017.

(2) They extend to the whole of Meghalaya.

(3) They shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of these Rules.
