Section 10: Officers and employees of the Facilitation Centres

Meghalaya Residents Safety and Security Rules, 2017State Rules of Meghalaya · 2016

(1) The Officer Incharge of the Facilitation Centre shall be a gazetted officer and the officer of the Police Department shall not be below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police.

(2)The officers and employees at the Facilitation Centre shall discharge their duties and functions under the overall supervision of the Chairperson of the District Task Force.
