Section 13: Service of notice of hearing

The Meghalaya Right to Public Services Rules,2021State Rules of Meghalaya · 2020

The notice of hearing of the appeal before the Appellate Authority or the State Public Service Delivery Commission, shall be served in any of the following manners:—

(i) by hand delivery through special messenger or process server; or

(ii) by registered post or speed post with due acknowledgement; or

(iii) online through email or electronic mode like SMS or Mobile App.
