(1) No employee shall be required or permitted to work for more than eight hours on any day;
Provided that on any day in which stock taking and preparation of account take place, an employee may be allowed or permitted to work overtime, that the total number of hours of work including overtime work shall not exceed ten hours.
(2) No employee shall be required or permitted to work for more than four hours or any day, unless he has been allowed an interval for rest at least one hour:
