Section 34: Period of limitation

The Meghalaya Societies Registration Act No.12 of 1983State Act of Meghalaya · Act 12 of 1983

(1) All appeals to the State Government under this act shall be filed within thirty days from the date of the objection or order appealed against.

(2) The provisions of Section 5 and 12 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963, shall apply to all appeals under this Act.
