Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Meghalaya State Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020 (Act No. 9 of 2020)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 9 of 2020

(1)This Act may be called The Meghalaya State Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020.

(2) It extends to the whole of Meghalaya.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
