Section 135: Act not to be invalidated by informality, vacancy etc.

No act done or proceeding taken under this Act by the Board, by a Market Committee or a subcommittee appointed by the Board shall be invalidated merely on the ground of

(a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of Board or sub committee; or

(b) any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or
