Section 90: Term of Official Members.

The Meghalaya State Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020 (Act No. 9 of 2020)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 9 of 2020

(1) The tenure of an official Member of the Board shall come to an end as soon as he ceases to hold the office by virtue of which he was nominated.

(2) In the event of supersession of the Market Committee from where the Member(s) have been nominated on the Board, the concerned Member shall cease to be a Member on it.
