Section 17: Fund of Council

The Meghalaya State Council for Technical Education Act, 1993, Act No.6 of 1993State Act of Meghalaya · Act 6 of 1993

(1) The Council shall have its own fund into which all money received shall be credited and necessary expenditure met from.

(2)The fund shall be kept in a nationalised Bank as the Council may decide and shall be operated in such manner as may by regulations be prescribed.
