Section 9: Application for Registration of street vendors

The Meghalaya Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending Act, 2014) (Act No. 11 of 2014)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 11 of 2014

(1) Every person who has completed the age of 18 years and intends to do registration street vending shall make an application for registration as street vendor to the town vending committee.

(2) Every application under sub-section (1) shall be made in such form and manner and accompanied by such fee as may be specified.
