Section 33: The Board of Governors and its power

Techno Global University Act, 2008 (Act No. 5 of 2008)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 5 of 2008

(1) Every employee shall be appointed under a written contract, which shall be kept in the University a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.

(2) Disciplinary action against the students/employees shall be governed by procedure prescribed in the Statutes.
