When a meeting of a Committee is adjourned for more than one day, and if a Member undertakes journey from the place where the meeting is held to the place where he ordinarily resides or carries on business and returns to the place where such meeting is held, he shall be entitled to draw at his option either the daily allowance for the period of such journeys or the travelling allowance.
