Section 4: Norms for selection of non-official members of State Authority

A person shall not be selected as a non-official member of State Authority unless, he–– ¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 11

(a) is an Indian National;

(b) is of the age not exceeding sixty-seven years;
