Section 223: Application of this Part.

The Merchant Shipping Act, 2025Central Act · Act 24 of 2025

This Part shall apply to marine incidents occurring directly or in connection with the operations of,---

(a) Indian vessels; and

(b) vessels other than Indian vessels which enter a port or offshore terminal or place in India or within her coastal waters.
