Section 35: Transfer of registration.

The registration of any vessel may be transferred from one port or place of registry to another on an application to the Registrar of the existing port or place of registry of the vessel made by declaration in writing of all persons appearing in the register to be interested therein as owners or mortgagees, but that transfer shall not in any way affect the rights of those persons or any of them and those rights shall in all respects continue in the same manner as if no such transfer had been effected.
