Section 60: Medical certificate.

The Merchant Shipping Act, 2025Central Act · Act 24 of 2025

No person shall engage or carry to sea any seafarer to work in any capacity in any vessel, unless the seafarer is in possession of a certificate to the effect that he is medically fit to be employed in that capacity granted in such form and by such authority as may be prescribed.
