Section 13

Metal Corporation of India (Acquisition of Undertaking) Ordinance, 1965Ordinance · 1965

(1) Pending the formation of the Government company referred to in section 12, the Central Government may appoint one, or more than one, administrator for the efficient management and administration of the undertaking.

(2) Such administrator or administrators shall, in the management and administration of the undertaking, act in accordance with such directions, if any, as may be issued by the Central Government in this behalf.
