Section 7: Appointment of Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety.

The Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002Central Act · Act 60 of 2002

[(1)] The Central Government may appoint one or more Commissioners of Metro Railway Safety.

[(2) The Commissioner shall function under the administrative control of the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety appointed under section 5 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989).]
