[11B. Power of Central Government to make rules for regulating atomic minerals specified under Part B of First Schedule.--The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for regulating the grant of mining leases or other mineral concessions in respect of minerals specified in Part B of the First Schedule and for purposes connected therewith, and the State Government shall grant a [mineral concession] in respect of any such mineral in accordance with such rules.]
