Section 7: Power to remove difficulties

The Chite Lui (Prevention and Control of Water Pollution) Act, 2018 (Act No. 3 of 2018)State Act of Mizoram · Act 3 of 2018

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, make such provisions or give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of three years from the date of the commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislative Assembly.
