Section 11: Appellate Authority

The Mizoram Ease of Doing Business Act, 2022State Act of Mizoram · Act 7 of 2022

Government shall appoint an Appellate Authority with designation above that of CEO, SWCA, for the purpose of receiving and redressing grievances made by the applicant under the provisions of this Act and for providing approval to concerned applications in the event of failure of the SWCA in doing so.
