Section 27: Repeal and Savings

The Mizoram Entertainment Tax Act, 2013State Act of Mizoram · Act 4 of 2013

On and from the date of commencement of this Act, the Assam Amusement and Betting Tax Act, 1939 [Assam Act VI of 1939] as adapted in Mizoram and amended from time to time shall stands repealed:

Provided that anything done or action taken under the said Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding Section of this Act.
