Section 16: Penalties

The Mizoram Fruit Nurseries Registration Act 1992State Act of Mizoram · Act 9 of 1992

If any person -

(a) cantravenes any of the provisions of this Act, or rule made thereunder, or

(b) obstructs any officers or person or persons in the exercise of any powers conferred or in the performance of any duty imposed upon him under this Act, he shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which extend to one month or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
