Section 3: Appointment of Competent Authorities

The Mizoram Fruit Nurseries Registration Act 1992State Act of Mizoram · Act 9 of 1992

The State Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette-

(a) appointed such persons, being gazetted officrers of Government as it thinks fit to be completent Authorities for the purpose of this Act; and

(b) define the limits within which the competent authorities shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on a competent authority by or under this Act.
