| Long title | ‘The Mizoram Ground Water (Control and Regulation) Ordinance, 2023 (No. 2 of 2023) (Received the assent of the Governor of Mizoram on 13.06.23) THE MIZORAM GROUND WATER (CONTROL AND REGULATION) ORDINANCE, 2023 AN ORDINANCE to regulate and control the development and management of ground water in the State of Mizoram and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. WHEREAS, the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram is not in session, and the Governor of Mizoram is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action; |
