The Mizoram Public Libraries Act, 1993State Act of Mizoram · Act 4 of 1993

(1) The Council shall advise the the Government on all matters relating to Libraries arising out of the provisions of this Act and also in regards to promotion and devlopment of Library Services in the State.

(2) The Council shall take suitable steps to establish and promote a Public Library System.
