13. A member shall be entitled to the service of two Muster Roll Grade IV Staff of semi-skill in the residence of his/her choice throughout his/her term of office.
12. In the principal Act. in section 14,-
(a) in sub-section (1), for the words pension of rupees eight hundred per mensem, the words pension of rupees one thousand per mensem shall be substituted;
(b) in sub-section (2) Postal and other charges Insertion of new section 4A Amendment of section 5 Fre travelling by Train, etc. with family members Insertion of new section 4B Deletion of section 11 Amendment of section 12 Amendment of section 13 Personal Attendant Amendment of section 14 Ex-97/1991- 3 -
(i) for the words additional pension of fifty rupees per mensem the words additional pension of one hundred rupees per mensem (No arrears shall be paid) shall be substituted.
(ii) for the words exceed one thousand five hundred rupees per mensem, the words exceed two thousand rupees per mensem shall be substituted.
