In the principal Act, in sub-section (2) of section 27, for the words “move the court under section 26 for making an order for the dissolution of the society” the words “by an order in writing, dissolve the society” shall be substituted.
9. Amendment of Section 28- In the principal Act, in sub-section (2) of section 28, for the words and figure “in the case of a dissolution under section 26, by the court”, the words and figure “in the case of a dissolution under section 27, by the Registrar” shall be substituted.
10. Amendment of section 35-
(1) In sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Principal Act, after the words ‘he shall’ the following words, namely - ‘on conviction’ shall be deleted and for the word ‘conviction’ appearing after the words ‘after the first’, the word ‘default’ shall be substituted.
(2) In sub-section (2) of section 35 of the Principal Act, after the words ‘he shall.’ the following words, namely - ‘on conviction’ shall be deleted.
11. Amendment of Section 37- The explanation as it is existing in section 37 of the Principal Act shall stand entirely deleted.
12. Amendment of Section 40- Sub-section (2) of section 40 of the Principal Act shall begin with the following clause, namely- “Notwithstanding such repeal” and shall be added to the existing words “any society registered.” Ex-377/20125 Published and Issued by the Controller, Printing & Stationery, Mizoram Printed at the Mizoram Govt.
